Solutn’s mechanical scope is agreed separately. Fluid properties, material selection and requirements for the specific facility must be included in the project basis.

Mechanical concept studies and layouts accounting for space, interfaces, installation and maintenance.
Piping and 3D design
Piping routes and mechanical installations with integrated equipment and connections.
Pipe stress analysis
A calculation basis for stresses, movements and reactions under the agreed load cases.
Pressure components
Design calculations and verification for the agreed part of the piping and vessel system.
Supports and steel structures
Design and calculations for supports and other mechanical structures around the installation.
Technical project support
Defined deliverables or ongoing collaboration with the customer and the project’s other engineering disciplines.
3D SCANNING
The existing facility as a digital starting point.
When a PtX or CO₂ installation needs to fit into an existing facility, we can carry out a 3D scan of the area. Scan data can be used with new 3D models to assess space and interfaces.
We agree on the relevant area, level of detail and deliverables so the scan meets its purpose.

Yes. A defined mechanical concept or layout task can be the first step before detailed engineering.
Can you work with CO₂ installations?
The specific task is clarified based on the fluid, operating conditions, components and project requirements.
How is your scope defined?
We describe the mechanical deliverables and interfaces with other disciplines in the proposal and project basis.
